Trinity Mann-Beam

Music/Art Teacher

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the principles of inclusivity, accessibility, and responsiveness, which I consider the foundational pillars of my approach. My aim is to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where every student is not only valued but also genuinely understood and empowered. To achieve this, I am dedicated to customizing my instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs, thus facilitating each student’s journey toward their personal best.

I went to college at Everett Community College and received my Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2017. I then transferred to Seattle Pacific University and received by Bachelor’s Degree in integrated studies with a focus on the Arts, (music, art, and theater) in 2021.

I live in Sultan and work part time with the Index School District, Sultan School District, and with Sylvan Learning Center in Monroe.

Some of my personal hobbies I have outside of education are…

*Playing flute, piccolo, and percussion with Monroe Community Band

*Reading with my 8 year old daughter

*Spending time with my family and cats at home

*Going on hikes/adventures in the surrounding mountains

*Exploring the PNW region with my family

*Listening or reading books

Some of my background is that I started volunteering at Sultan Elementary after school for an hour each day in a classroom. I continued to volunteer in various grade levels until about two years after I graduated high school. I learned a lot about teaching during my volunteer work with the grade levels. Many teachers saw my passion and helped me immensely along the way to becoming a teacher.
